No show, with no communication
Like the other reviewer, I was stood up for my first appointment after waiting for months for therapy. I chose to reschedule with a different counselor.

Last week we attempted to keep our scheduled appointment for counselling with her. She confirmed our appointment the day before via email, and did not contact us to advise us that she would not be keeping the appointment. She did not show up at her office. We texted her, we called her, and emailed her to no avail, while standing outside her office. We were completely ignored. She finally responded to us THREE DAYS later saying “I'm sorry we missed our initial appointment. Can we reschedule for the 24th at 4 pm Dr. Robin C. Campbell” No explanation, no ownership of the problem, no nothing! To have to wait 3 weeks (when in a crises situation) for an appointment, and then be stood up by the counselor, is horrific, in my humble opinion. Now we are waiting 4 weeks for a different counselor, so in total we will have been waiting about 3 months, for an initial appointment.
