Dr. Blank is my favorite optometrist. He is straightforward, thorough, and thoughtful. He explains what he is doing, why he is doing it, and the implications of his findings. I make it a point to ask for him for my annual exams.

He was rude to me also. I almost walked out. His frustration with me was pretty evident because I could not tell which lens was clearer so we had to "start all over again." We will never get those two minutes it took to start ALL over again. I was hoping he was just having a bad day, but I guess he has a history of being rude. Some people should just not work with the public.
