I went in for a new patient consult. The assistant going over my medical history and taking my vitals was very nice. Then NP Watts came in the office for all of 3 minutes. Never ask me about my previous cancer diagnosis, surgery that I had had just days before, if I had any concerns what I would like to discuss. Didn't ask me to tell her anything about myself or current conditions testing I was undergoing. Handed me a pamphlet with her picture on it for some vein testing they do there in the office. Then days later I start receiving text messages from a clinics saying they received orders for xrays. If she had taking 5 minutes to talk with me I could have shared with her the plethora of imaging I had had done for cancer related items that she may have been able to use instead. My blood pressure was excellent at the time of my visit I didn't have any concerns about it at all. Please reminds me of a pain clinic somewhere that just writes prescriptions. I would not recommend.

I have been coming to this office for over a year now and find it a very pleasant experience nurse practitioner, Roberta Watts is top of the line as his entire staff. Rarely do I ever wait and Roberta listens to every word I have to say. I trust her.
