Dr. Morris and "Bobbie" Richards have been our Cardiac professional for over thirty years now. Before her death, my wife needed stints, I have had a stint procedure, and a triple by-pass. Today I am a healthy 87 year old which is attributed to their caring and friendly attention.

As a new patient, scheduling a routine visit, I was fortunate to meet Roberta Richards and Dr. David Morris. Roberta is outstanding, knowledgeable, considerate, compassionate, understanding and truly informative....a true professional in every sense. The balance between my time with Roberta and Dr. Morris was exceptional.

Roberta Richards is always very professional and covers everything. She always takes the time needed answering all questions. One could not ask for better care or a nicer person. She and Dr. David Morris are a great pair as they work together consulting with each other if needed.

Bobby Richards, NPC, is a very personable and caring professional who is a perfect compliment to the physician she works for, Dr. David Morris. She always greets you with a smile and puts you at ease. Both have excellent bedside manner, are great listeners, easy to talk to, and truly care for their patients. I am blessed to have them on my health care team and highly recommend their services.

My initial new patient appointment at the Austin Heart Hospital was pleasant. I did not have to wait hours in the waiting room like I have with other doctors. They appear to be well organized and on on time. Their customer service was focused on my visit. Everyone I encountered was happy to be there and made me feel comfortable.

As always, my recent visit to see Roberta Richards with Austin Heart Hospital went really well. There was hardly any waiting and the appointment itself was completed in a timely manner. Roberta is very knowledgeable and thorough and makes you feel very comfortable when visiting with her to go over test results, etc.

Roberta is an excellent professional who has great empathy for her patients. She even came to the hospital and visited with my wife who had surgery for a matter totally unrelated to Roberta's practice. She is competent, professional and treats her patients like family. I highly recommend her.

First off in 2010 while working in FL. I had a aorta anysumm, repaired. Then returning to Austin
their services to date, have been outstanding, and I think my quality
of life is the best it could ever be.
On returning to Austin, just finding a Dr. was my fear. But I was welcomed my Dr. Morris and MS. Bobby Richards. I feel blessed.

I was very disappointed in the medical field until I found Roberta and Dr Morris. The first visit they both individually and together spent a lot of time with me. I never felt shuffled or forgotten. I still receive that same treatment everytime I go in. I have my life back thanks both looking into my symptoms deeper...not just surface symptoms but all together. THEY CARE AND SHOW IT..
