Five Star NP
I have an extensive medical history that goes back 30 plus years. And in those 30 years I’ve only given one doctor 5 stars. 80% of my medical problems were created by doctors making mistakes. If you are a patient of R. Tapley FNP, consider yourself very lucky. He definitely deserves the 5 stars. He’s a good listener, is straight forward, and keeps your best interest in mind. What is a nurse that's incompetent
This nurse is only in medicine for money and it shows because he is too moronic for anyone with good insurance to have to rely on.

I would not recommend Mr. Tapley to anyone who wants a personal relationship with a doctor. He did not try to get to know me at all. I live over 100 miles from his office, so I had to cancel an appointment due to car problems. I canceled a full 48 hrs before my appointment, but the next time I saw him, he dropped me as a patient. He was very condescending to me and told me that between my wifes appointment and mine being canceled, that we wasted 6 hours... each.. of his time. Finding new dr
