Very Professional
Dr. Pelc performed a Parental Rights Evaluation on a very high conflict case. He was smart and put the pieces together by taking his time and reviewing everything possible. He really was concerned for the child's best interests. If anything, he was scrupulous with the details.

Dr. Pelc is smart, experienced and has a wonderful way of communicating. He uses story-telling to make a point, which, for me is very helpful. He definitely helped me step back from the edge.

He's a thief. Was hired for a consult.... 2 hours max. Charged me over $2000 for a "retainer". I was never refunded. His office staff is rude. He refuses to return my calls. Please avoid him!! His consultation was a complete waste of time.
