Dr. Robert Krone, OD

He’s a good doctor and is thorough with eye exams. He answers your questions and figures out what’s wrong or right with your vision. I like his sense of humor.

Everyone in the office were very friendly and professional. I didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes to be seen.

In July 2024 I visited Eye Care Center of Colorado for my first vision check. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the staff was super welcoming and helpful. Dr. Krone walked me through my results, what they meant, and answered all of my questions. The entire experience was professional, yet super comfortable and informative. I would highly recommend Dr. Krone and his team to anyone looking for great eye care.

Dr Krone is thorough and patient in explaining everything he is looking at and making sure all of my questions are answered. Andrea is informative, efficient and friendly as well. Great customer service and I left with a good understanding of the health of my eyes.

Dr. Bob has a pleasant demeanor and chair-side manner. He was clear and concise in his explanation of my exam results. His office followed up with me after my appointment. This was my first visit, and I plan to continue with Dr. Bob.

In general, the staff at the Exempla office are very kind. I got through my appointment very efficiently ( in extra waiting between steps of service). It was my first time seeing Dr. Krone as my previous provider had retired and he asked a lot of questions and made a helpful adjustment to my prescription. They sent me off with samples and my order and the whole experience was a breeze.

Well eye visit

Well I really appreciate Dr. Krone, but I am not very happy with that particular eye care center.. In the eyeglass department I was not given a copy of my prescription and I walked away with my old glasses and the suggestion for a quick fix on an ear piece instead of the new 2nd pair of glasses I was hoping to have. I felt like service is not encouraging as far as finding new glasses or filling the new prescription . It always feels like I'm perceived as too poor to be sincere. I guess my supplemental vision policy isnt impressive. I'm not sure why they dont embrace the opportunity to dig right into options. Instead I'm left feeling like I have to think up options. It felt like I was "wasting their time", but I really want a replacement 2nd pair! This is 3rd time I've had that same feeling in that department. Uncomfortable!!!
