Warm & welcoming personality (after 10 minutes I felt as though he and I had been friends for years.) Genuine and sincere. Attentive. Wonderful sense of humor. You leave his office feeling better - more hopeful - about yourself and your life than when you arrived. So very glad and grateful I found him.
