Unprofessional
At my second visit Bob remembered nothing about me and stated that he refused to work with my EAP because they wouldn’t pay him enough, therefore leaving me with a steep co-pay. I found his approach unprofessional and unethical. He never should disclose numbers and if he needed to create a financial boundary for himself he should have called me to let me know he couldn’t proceed prior to my appointment. What if I showed up in crisis? I lost trust in him and I question his professional judgement.
