Don't be late!
We mistakenly went to the old office for an appointment,and this mistake made us late by 10 minutes. They rudely refused to see my 90 year old mother and made us reschedule. It had been a year since she had been there,and she did not realize they had moved. It was very upsetting to me and my mother.

I highly recommend Dr Elwell for eye care needs. From my first visit in early 2000, I have ALWAYS had great eye care with the Cook St office. Dr. Elwell & Staff welcome patients as though they are friends or family because they CARE about YOU, not the monetary gain. Post- op follow up visits for both cataract surgeries and lens replacements were excellent. I am very grateful to have such a wonderful eye care team.

Doctor was fine. I was overcharged $350+ and after several visits to resolve, no refund. It has been 2.5 months and they admit the overcharge but have yet to refund anything.
