I met Dr. Desoto (and yes I realize that technically, it's not his title, but in 1 hour he earned it by me. He does try to keep his appointment times, which I highly respect in a dr. I consider myself an excellent judge or character and this is a good, honest, man of integrity who wishes to help his patients. I am afraid he may not take my insurance which will be an enormous disappointment if you only knew how hard it is for me tp trust anyone.
