Would not reccomend. Did not show up for our scheduled appointment three seperate times.

Agree with Rebecca from DC. He was awful. In a 50 minute session he would talk for at least 30 minutes. Arrogantly telling stories about other couples whom he magically helped. Suggesting one sided pre packaged approaches that only favored one side of the argumument. Once he even checked an incoming txt message while one of was talking. He gave ua both the creeps. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and went 4 times, then just stopped. Thank God we did. Scary experience.

Dr. Benedek is one of the best therapists I have ever had. He really understands the power of your own mind and gives you a lot of encouragement that you can succeed.

Most awful experience. He comes across as arrogant and as a magic wand. Wasted time on stories about couples whose marriages he saved, but didn't give us one hint on what to do. Was very passive and didn't try to create a safe environment for me, but allowed my husband to spew all his venom about me without stopping him. To top it off, he didn't return my call even though I left him 3 messages. Horrible!!!
