Highly Professional and Caring
Dr. Patel knows how to communicate with patients and conduct a thorough exam. Eye exams and eye issues create a very high level of anxiety among patients. Dr. Patel was very calming and kind while highly skilled in conducting a thorough exam, answering all my questions and escalating an issue that I was not aware I had. She also managed the office in a way that promoted a team effort among the front office and medical staff. It was my first visit with Dr. Patel and I put at ease and was very happy with the experience.
