I love seeing Rita Lais. The visit with her is always pleasant. She always ask how you're doing, and if you are having any problems. The front desk were very pleasant with this COVID 19.

Everyone here is so nice and professional. They practice social distancing and I really appreciate that. MS Rita is very nice and seems to care about my health and we'll being. I have been coming here for a few years and will continue to do so. I am very pleased with them.

From the moment you enter Memorial Women's Health your are greeted with the best staff ever. Their office Staff is so friendly and helpful. I feel I could work there with them and be so happy. The office is very clean and organized. Rita Lais is wonderful. She is so caring and listens to all you say and advises accordingly. I always have a great experience on every visit.

my appointment was in the middle of the covit19 situation. The staff was very kind and my appointment was right on time It is always nice to see Rita and her smiling face.
The exam was over. I was checking out and the nurse asked me where my mask was.
When I said I did not have one, she gave one to me. How nice was that!

I love this office. From the time you walk into the door everyone is cheerful and welcoming. Rita is wonderful. She makes you feel at ease and talks to you like a girlfriend. She's got a great sense of humor and is very thorough with taking notes. Everyone there is very professional.

Rita is so warm and generous with her personal attention and time and so knowledgeable about the female body. I don’t know of other healthcare providers taking the time to call personally and make sure I’m getting access to the right resources. I feel she really cares about me as an individual.
