Avoid her. She let me get the lab tests, and after several months, I got a bill over $500. I checked my insurance and found that the tests she made me to get are not covered. I asked her to resolve the issue, then she replied "We are not responsible for your insurance. As a patient, you can refuse any labs that are ordered. That is your choice." She did not explain what those tests are, whether they are covered or not, whether I can refuse the test, and litterally nothing. How can the patients choose something if she did not explain anything? It is a kind of scam.
