Dr. Yanchar's receptionist said we should arrange an appointment with him to do a behavioral assessment of our daughters learning struggles. When we got to his office and found out this was not his area of focus, he spent one hour questioning us about our daughter while we insisted to leave. He ended up billing $450 for his time despite agreeing that he was not the right type of physician and that he would not bill. His behavior lacks integrity.
