I have been seeing Dr.Rick for several years and not one time did he disappoint me. He is very kind and will sit and really listen to your needs. He doesn’t rich you so you don’t just feel like a number so he can get to the next patient. If you make a appointment with him say for 9 o’clock then you will usually see him sometimes before are a few minutes after. He is the best doctor that I’ve ever been to and I plan on seeing him for the rest of my life. And Julie who works there is the sweetest and kindest lady you can ever meet. She also will work with you to make sure you are able to be there on certain days. I love them both. They are the best.

I started seeing Rick when he was part of another practice a few years ago. I requested to see him instead of the doctor for every visit due to his bedside manner and actually caring for me and my issue. I’ve been a nurse for 15 years and have worked in a few doctors office during my career, so I was very impressed when I saw him for the first time in his Van Alstyne clinic. I was so excited to find that he was still practicing in the area and immediately switched my care to his office. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a provider that truly cares for you. His receptionist Julie is also amazing and very kind. There is little to no wait time for your appointment and they will work with you when it’s convenient for you to come. I won’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Richard and his secretary, Julie, are both so nice to the patients. For someone like me who has tried to avoid doctors all my life, Dr. Richard makes a doctor visit with him comfortable. I am so glad that I found Dr. Richard and staff. I would recommend him to anyone - because he does go the second mile, keep his word, and leave no stone unturned in trying to help people.
