Dr. Silvestri is outstanding in his field. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly and always leaves you feeling so much better about your situation than when you walked in the door. He is a trusted friend and I would not hesitate to recommend him as a psychologist.

If Dr. Silvestri could be cloned I am sure humanity would be in a better state. During my sessions he explained physiologically what was causing my anxiety & depression. Understanding what & why something is happening in your body made it easier to follow his advice to recovery. A true gentleman.

Dr. Silvestri used several techniques to help me manage my anxiety. I was able to lose half my body weight and have kept it off for twenty years without surgery or medication.
