Richard Ross Jr, PT

I would never recommend Richard Ross. He used reflexology on me even when I specifically made it clear I did not want reflexology used. That is beyond unprofessional and shatters the trust a patient puts in their physical therapist.

Attention to detail.

I went to Ross Physical Therapy for my lower back pain which made walking, driving and many other things very difficult and painful. Physical Therapist Rick Ross worked on my back and listened very well and gave me excellent feedback on things that I was doing that needed to be adjusted or stopped. When I wasn’t getting long-term relief from the initial therapy, he changed to an alternative therapy which made all the difference. With the physical therapy that I received and the changes I made in my daily activities, I am not living with the pain that brought me to Ross Physical Therapy. Kathy who runs his office is especially helpful with insurance and in scheduling appointments. Rick Ross is an excellent physical therapist.

After my forth back surgery, was unable to walk without a cain. While not perfect, my back is much better & no longer need a cain to walk. Thanks Rick!
