This office NEVER runs on schedule. My family and I had gone there a couple of years, on different days of week, at different times. It is always over an hour wait. The practice outgrew the space years ago, with the front desk right on top of the waiting area, as is the eyeglass display area. The entire area is no larger than an average master bedroom. The receptionist is very loud, and uses no discretion. Dr complained about insurance issues during both my husband and my appointments.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. So unprofessional to keep people waiting. Our time is valuable too!!! Schedule less appointments so people don't have to wait so long. You are losing patients as we lose our PATIENCE!

I scheduled an appointment for a refitting as my contacts weren't feeling right on me. I called prior ans asked if there was going to be a charge, the woman responded " i have no idea." Thaynks for youe help! Great customer service. I got to my appointment and I was told it would be $50 regardless if the original fitting was mistaken or not. I feel that if they were wrong, they should make it right. This has happened before and because of these reasons, I will not be coming back. Don't recommend

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Waited over an hour for my appointment. Then interrupted 3 times, where he physically left the room. Was treated as if I was an inconvenience for being there.
