Dr. Howlin develops good relationships with his patients and has a warm, easy going style. It can be very difficult to schedule appointments with him, often requiring multiple calls. He worked well with our child but failed to connect with our child’s other mental health care providers during a crisis period, not returning their calls as requested or contacting us. This disappointed us, damaged our trust and made us doubt his true commitment and professionalism.
