Excellent
I've been seeing Dr. Hellgren on and off for several years now as needed. I had tried another therapist previously and absolutely hated it. There were religious undertones and it all felt more like coddling than therapy. Dr. Hellgren has been extremely straightforward, honest, and insightful. He's provided me with supporting reading material and I've never felt judged or treated like a child. He has been very easy to build a rapport with and the hour seems to fly by. If you want to see progress and be treated like an adult he's an excellent option.
