After many disastrous meetings with other social workers for my middle-school-aged daughter, Rich was the one that was able to reach out and connect with her. It did take a couple meetings, but through the years she felt comfortable enough to share absolutely everything that was a challenge or issue for her. And with her approval, the final 10 minutes or so of each session I was permitted to come in to get an update on things they discussed and plans moving forward. We are so grateful to Rich.
