My responsibility to know my insurance for sure this office knowingly not only did not tell me my insurance was not eligible when I walked in they took my card. Again my responsibility but they took time to leave a message the day before, saying I wasn’t covered yet , which I didn’t get due to a phone issue. They don’t go above and beyond to tell you when you go to the appointment that you pay out of pocket, they waited till my appointment was over to tell me. They took my card scanned it as if my insurance would cover it. Even though they knew the day before no insurance, never said a word. She left me a message the day before which again I didn’t get. Then office staff argued with me when I asked the Doctor to call me because not only did no one ever say anything that morning till after but she had written a RX from years prior. I was given the wrong Contact RX. The doctor refused to call me back she let her young office staff handle it even though I had asked several times.
