Richard Finedell Jr, NP

From my first visit with Richard until the present, I am still so amazed at the quality of care given to me at each and every encounter and beyond. He and his nurse, Jessica, have an immaculate quality of care and empathy. Their bedside manner is 2nd to none. I never feel like I am a bother to them at all (and I tend to bug them a lot with questions). I apologize a lot and Jess always replies with, 'no apology needed. This is what we do and why we are here.' I can tell they have a passion for what they do and it truly shows. Both have become not just my care team, but members of my circle of most treasured and trusted people. I have referred many friends and family members to them and they too have been given the same exceptional care. Dr. Finedell and his entire team sets the standard for primary care providers.

I hadn't had a primary care doctor in a while but I developed a weird back ache and was randomly assigned to Dr. Finedell. He listened to my concerns and examined me and suggested 3 possible issues, one of which he believed was really unlikely but he lined up some tests just to be sure. After the tests, turns out his gut was right and it was the most unlikely scenario, which was also the most life threatening: I was having a pulmonary embolism. Without this diagnosis, I would most likely have gotten much more ill before receiving care, but because of the timely testing and treatment I received, I have had no lasting ill effects. Dr. Finedell saved my life, literally.
