My wife had Cataract surgery by Dr Winters on both eyes recently. She is 72 and has a hard time with her vision being worse since before her surgery. She has been seeing Dr. Delay for follow ups but was having a hard time remembering her issues within her appointments. I asked to go into the exam room with her or talk to Dr. Delay after her examination and was told his policy allows neither. I would have to talk to a tech if I wanted any communication on her issues with a Dr. We cancelled the appointment and was told we would have to pay a cancellation fee. We then requested an appointment with Dr Winters and was told we couldn't make an appointment without paying cancellation fee. I have never experienced a Dr who would not talk to a spouse when she was having issues. I would not recommend any Dr that would not provide care for their patient..

Dr Delay and staff are fantastic! Thorough, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable . The office staff make you feel welcome in a low key environment.

Dr. Delay was his usual friendly professional guy. Found an infection in one eye which he handled right away. Been seeing (no pun intended) him for years.

Met with Dr Delay last week. He always greets me with a warm 'hello' . He listens and explains the examination. He reviews the meds that I am taking and recommends what I need to continue or discontue. Excellent eye doctor. I would highly recommend him!!

Dr. Delay provides excellent care and is very thorough in his exams. He is friendly and provides information in a way easy to understand. Because I am at risk for vision disorders due to family history and medication, he is extra careful with examination, testing and follow ups. The entire staff is very professional and helpful.
