Dr Carp and team were extremely thorough, compassionate, and professional during my treatment. The facilities were top-notch with helpful staff in every aspect of the experience including working with insurance. I not only would highly recommend this practice but have already done so. I look forward to further treatment by them in the future.

I see Dr. Carpenos on a weekly basis and he runs a terrific operation. Clean office, friendly staff and I feel excellent after being treated.

Made an appointment for my mother for a free consultation. From the moment we walked in he was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The only thing he focused on was how great he was and selling his sessions. When I asked a legitimate question, I was quickly shut down without an answer. He told us not to come back if we weren't willing to start treatment that moment. After walking into the lobby, he told his receptionist that he didn't want us to come back even if we decided to use his services. There are plenty of other reputable doctors out there that truly care about their patients. The only thing he cares about is his bottom line.

I had 20+ years of chronic pain in my right shoulder. Orthopedic surgeons are recommending shoulder replacement. After 5 treatments of stem wave therapy, Dr. Carpenos reduced my pain from 7/10 during my first visit to 0/10 pain after my 5th visit. I can’t say enough about my significant reduction in pain. Although I was skeptical at first, Dr. Carpenos made me a believer. Thank you so much Dr. Carpenos!!!

I visited Dr. Carpenos back in 2016 and I went through 36 visits and barely got any decent results it was a total waste of time and over $4000 I was very disappointed with the whole experience would not recommend this to anybody at all.

Started seeing Dr. Carpenos after a work injury. He got me in better shape then I was before my injury. I have a physically demanding job so I go back fkr tune ups and always come out feeling better. He is a funny man but takes his proffesion very seriously. I highly recommend Dr. Carpenos.

I have tried various doctors to help with my back pain, have a very physical job and have 3 bulged discs and arthritis degeneration. Went for my first visit and found Dr.Carpenos a pleasant change, he makes you feel comforable and his sense of humor was very comfortable for me.I walked out totally relaxed and felt great would highly recommend him the procedures were like a day at the spa.

He is the best chiropractor out there. I don’t just trust anyone. He knows what he is doing.

I've seen people barely walking in, and after a while the change is amazing. Very friendly physician, likes to talk.... maybe misunderstood by some...

Will never recommend this guy! I urged my son to contact his office and set up an appointment (they offer two FREE sessions) . After the 2nd session, his office staff told my son that it would cost $4000.00 to continue treatments, asking for $800.00 up front today. My son told them that he could not financially afford this fee and said he needed a few days to think about it. He got a call from Carpenos, who shamed him and told him to ignore all his other financial obligations and ask for a loan!

Called him because I saw the 2 free complementary visits.was in the room with him for 5 min tops, cracked my back and said that the appt costs $60. Mentioned the 2 free visits before I made the appt , secretary said no problem, but dr carpenos said that wasn't covered. If getting your back cracked isn't covered for the free visit what is?? Plus was very rude asking about my personal life , more or less asking how much money I had so he could prob try to charge me more.would NEVER GO BACK THERE!!

Dr. Carpenos may be good at what he does, but he will spend most of his time trying to sell you on a program. And when you pay (up front), you will not find it easy to get a refund when you decide the treatment isn't working. He puts everybody on the same machines and doesn't adjust each patient each visit. His office is quick to schedule visits, but will not return calls for billing disputes. I am still trying to get an overcharge refund, and was charged for the two free visits.

1 star is 1 star too many. The most rude doctor I have ever met. He only wanted to know about how he was getting paid upfront. He said I wasted his time and was the most inconsiderate person because I asked questions and did not proceed right away with treatment instead of looking at alternatives.
