Cardenas is an excellent physician; patient, conscientious, thorough and courteous. The Red Group has excellent office staff. However, it is exceedingly difficult to get an appointment.

As a retired Paramedic I do not tolerate poor treatment or poor doctors, PA's or nurses. PA Cardenas is top notch and so is the clinic.

When I scheduled appointment for her I was not told it was not with her primary care physician. Which meant we needed to go to a different part of the clinic. However our experience with the new provider for us was great. I was very pleased with his professional attitude, kindness and a great listener. He made my granddaughter feel at such great ease at 12 years old. Would definitely see him again. Thank you

Mr Cardenas was very nice, patient and listened to my concerns. He ordered several tests to look into my issues. On the other hand, I sent him an email with more questions, and I have not heard back two days later.
