Dr Benson is a great resource. He helped my son with ADHD and I went to him for counseling on other matters. He helped me with strategies to deal with the difficult people in my life, and gave me insights on how I was contributing to making things difficult for myself. A+ rating. If you do decide to see a therapist, I hope you go into it knowing you have to put in the work yourself - it's like physical therapy for the mind - you can't go once a week and not do your exercises at home.
