Awful, she has lost her ability to make good clinical judgements and has lost any moral compass she may have had. She does not tell the truth and is on the wrong side of justice. She is the worst. What a waste of time.

Rhonda Smallwood is awful! She saw my child for over a year without my consent (the mother enrolled the child) and once I found out and tried to get involved with my child's healthcare I was denied. Rhonda didn't involve me because the therapy was for the family which included Mother, Boyfriend (not father) and child. She has made no effort in involving the father of the child and justifies it by saying the mother can involve whomever she chooses.

Nice lady. Waste of time. Felt like an interview or casual grocery store convo with a stranger more than “therapy”. I felt no better after talking to her.
