I've been seeing Rhonda for three years now, and I have never once had any issues. She has been so accommodating with my schedule, she will talk with you about your concerns and address each one. I've been away at college for the past two years and I always wait until I'm home to go see Rhonda.

First, let me state that my previous primary physician (Dr. Fran Hamilton) set the bar incredibly high with excellent, personable care and a genuine interest in my well being. Unfortunately, Mrs. McKenna has much to learn (especially about communicating with those in her care). There were several instances that decency would suggest be handled directly by her, not office staff (particularly those who lack empathy). She also confused my meds with something similar even after a long conversation
