More focused on making a supplement sale. Some things are sold under the table too! I paid cash for a cream that didn't go through the practice or tax. I later found out it was part of a multilevel marketing company.

Her office set apt for me to review the bloodwork they suggested I have done. I asked for an estimated cost of the bloodwork and they couldn't provide so I didn't have it done. Their office left VM asking me to call them to confirm apt. I never confirmed BC I didn't do the bloodwork. They are now charging me $25 for a missed apt for review of bloodwork that was never completed. I hope the $25 was worth it!

She seemed too busy to focus on my health issue, and only relied on what she recommended I purchase from her at last visit - not the REASON for her recommendation. (Product was not effective for me BTW.) She took a phone call during my appointment and had 2 people knock on door during same appointment all regarding another patient. She apologized saying the other patient had been trying to reach her, but it was clear she did not believe my issues were important, despite this was my scheduled appointment time. I was not helped with my issue.

Rhonda is interested in providing the best possible care and takes the time to sit with me and discuss my life, habits, and anything that might impact my health. I think she takes a healthy approach to treating the whole person and feel I get the best care possible when I see her.
