Absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I was calling for somebody else, who has disabilities which the office knows of, to say that they were unable to pick up the glasses. The gentleman, Matt, who spoke with me threaten to send the gentleman into collections knowing that he had no money and then begin to berate me told me that I wasn’t going to tell him how to run his business. When I told him I was going to speak with the dr he said she wouldn’t believe me over him
