Dr. Delreal is able to flow with changes that are unexpected. Though going in for P.T for my knee (surgery on meniscus), an unexpected ankle injury did not allow for the usual exercises. Without a blink, she adjusted the exercises for the knee as well as adding a few to help the ankle. The shoe inserts she ordered for me have made a difference beyond my expectation. One and a half years later, my knee as well as my ankle are still doing great. Bonus: great personality as well.
