She was extremely rude and condescending. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t listen to my concerns just misdiagnosed me with overactive bladder. Would never go back.

At first, she was great. Helpful, supportive and worked with me to find what works. Then she took forever to respond, I was without medication for almost 2-3 weeks. I called and messaged her so many times during those 2-3 weeks letting her know I have zero medicine left. Yet she still took another week to respond. If you want a doctor that doesn’t want to help you, then she’s perfect for you. But if you want the help, see someone else. She is a waste of time.

Very unprofessional tried to force me to take other medications i had told her on multiple occasions does not work for me… refused to give me medications because i didn’t want to go back on some medication that does not work for me… she thought itd be okay to blow me up and make appointments without scheduling pr talking to me first… after i asked multiple times for her to work with me she started being extremely disrespectful… when i told her i wanted to choose a new provider she had threatened me saying she would report me to my insurance company and say i threatened her… talked to many people about her and all I’ve heard is terrible things… after ignoring her shell still go on and on trying to make u out to be someone bad

She ripped my medication from me and refused to issue refills. The WORST I have ever encountered in over 20 years of therapy. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rhiannon shows up for appointments when she feels like it. She refuses to refill medications unless you see her, and when you try to see her, she is a no show. Impossible to reach by phone, take an average of 5 business days to reply by email. To say she is unprofessional does not begin to cover it. When you speak to her, you will definitely hear her running around the kitchen doing dishes, as she will not give you her undivided attention. Please save yourself the anxiety she will inevitably cause you.

Rude unprofessional

I saw Rhiannon for close to a year to treat a mental disorder. She was incredibly unprofessional the whole time, insulted me, and gave off the impression that she doesn’t care about her clients WHATSOEVER. I have never written a negative review in my life but I felt the need to warn others of her behavior. She doesn’t respond to emails until days later and does so in an incredibly rude manner. I asked to book an appointment almost a week in advance to get my prescriptions filled before I went on vacation. She didn’t reply until a day before I left and said she was not available. I had to go 9 days without my medication (which treated a personality disorder and had to be taken every day without fail). Please steer clear of her, I have never felt so unsupported by a doctor before. I hope she grows as a person and an APRN.

Very knowledgeable Nurse and I was treated with warm compassion and care. I will return to her office if the need arises again.

Horrible Aprn!! Will never go see her, she's rude with a terrible bed side manner. She should be stripped of her license
