Visited with Renu twice over a two year period. Excellent medical support in Immediate Care environment on both occasions! Highly recommend!

Didn't listen to me at all. Ordered test that was not indicated or necessary, and that my insurance refused to pay for. I have found another doctor.

Didn't listen to me when I was describing my symptoms, and ordered irrelevant tests that my insurance doesn't want to cover. I went in for psychiatric symptoms and got a vitamin d test for fatigue. What?

My primary care doc couldn’t send lab request from Out if state so I went here to have a doc do labs for several possible ailing things and she refused all 6 but 1 of them and that 1 was useless without 3 others to compare. Said those were chronic ailments and she only does acute temporary ailments. Still charging me for the visit.
Lastly as least important: Very rude, condescending and doesn’t let you finish talking. Came into room with a bad attitude before I even spoke.

Renu George was not only unhelpful, but came off as condescending in such a way that before she left the room I was considering requesting another care provider but settled for just leaving. I regret going and feel as though I wasted my money. I was seen for GI problems lasting nearly 3 weeks after foreign travel. She ran no tests, demonstrated poor communication and information gathering in a way that makes me unsure of being seen by a nurse practitioner again in the future
