I saw her many times and she doesn't actually give you any therapy, she just says nothing. She does complain a lot about her nephews she had to take in when her sister died. She does talk about herself a lot. And she has issues with personal space, forcing you to give her hugs without actually asking. She would say "I hope you like hugs, because I'm a hugger" but then hug you without waiting for your answer. People who have been through trauma and are used to having their personal boundaries crossed have issues with saying no, so no therapist should hug their patients unless the patient asks for a hug. It's inappropriate. She also told me "the best therapists say nothing". Then why go to school to be a therapist if you're going to do the same thing as a stranger off the street? That's not therapy. That's sitting there not doing your job. Which is what Renita did for me, even though I specifically told her I hate when therapists do that.
