NO STARS AT ALL. Not a lot of space here so Ill get right to it. She is never available but LaRabida claims she is their GTube specialist. I have reached out to her 8x in the last year only saw her 3. In the last 6 months I have not seen or heard from her. She agreed to train a potential daycare for my children on gtubes. She was not responding to any of my emails, I reached out to her cell which she gave me and she said she wasn't in. I saw her in person 2 days later at the hospital in passing and i attempted to stop her to ask about the training and she made eye contact with me and kept going. I caught up with her in a room where she had the door wide open discussing an employees personal medical situation when I knocked to let her know I had been standing there and to ask if I should close the door for her id wait and she didnt even greet me she put her hand up and said "Im in a meeting". Thats it and continued to talk to this employee about her medical situation and disregarded me.
