Renea Kestel

I blindly found Renea Kestel online prior to moving to Des Moines from out of state and I very much regret that decision but there weren’t many other options for new patients. The office is VERY poorly operated and it is very difficult to get anyone on the phone, get messages through, or get anything done. I saw her for simple maintenance and ADHD meds that I’ve been on for years. At my last check up to get more refills she acted as if everything was fine but did not send in the usual 3 months of refills. I’ve spent hours calling the office to get the refills and was told last week that it was all set and I’d be good for six months. Got another call today saying that I need to see a different mental health counselor for my refills. She never mentioned this in my appt and didn’t have the courtesy to even give me enough time to find another provider. Absolutely avoid her and this office at all costs. Huge and unnecessary stressor.
