Steinhauer made my 12am visit to the ER very unpleasant. After dislocating my thumb and being in excruciating pain, Steinhauer displayed threatening and intimidating behavior towards me. He was very aggressive in handling my dislocated thumb. After I flinched in pain at his sudden force on my affected hand, he very rudely said I had to position my hand a certain way. I nicely said that I would but to allow me to do it on my own. He then threatened to have me wait for an ortho in the morning.
