Ms. Kahoun is incredibly dismissive to patients and their families. For patients already diagnosed and seeking continued treatment, she typically states that symptoms are simply "progression of the disease" and offers no information on innovative treatments or pharmaceuticals. I'm not certain if this behavior is due to lack of empathy, knowledge, or both. Further, when called twice regarding life-threatening neurological issues, she was unreachable and did not return calls. Reprehensible.
