I was undeservedly awarded the luxury of receiving counseling and professional psychotherapy from this exceptional therapist, Remy Montejano. Nearly four years ago I was readmitted into a partial hospitalization program which I had already been in several times before. At that time I was introduced to Remy, who was a relatively recent addition to the lineup of therapists conducting this program. Very quickly I realized that she possessed a bedside manner and soothing disposition that is seldom seen among psychotherapists. She provided unparalleled support, consolation, and hope that surpassed the simple expectations of her profession. Even to this day, I recall her words of encouragement while I pursue my own course of happiness, and they provide me with the strength to continue to strive for a better and more satisfying existence.
