Dr. Locklear is an amazing doctor and I recommend him to anyone who is in need of a nice, caring doctor. My daughter lights up when she sees him. He has a way with kids.

My son loves him, and we do too. He is very charismatic and super knowledgeable. He explains everything in detail with a very understandable vocabulary. He keeps it always positive and shows lots of love and respect for the little patients. It is always fun to see him and as a mom I feel secure with him because he is a very well prepared professional.

He is the absolute best Dr to treat babies. He is very kind, delicate, playful with my baby, always telling her cute things, always tries to find a solution to everything which a lot of Doctors dont do. I highly recommend him!!!
