Provider Bassaly is MAYBE slightly better than a typical medical provider. But he is VERY typical. In all the wrong ways. By which I mean he doesn't listen well, doesn't work with patients, doesn't let patients lead. He talks a lot. His empathy is at least half genuine. But unless you've got an easy stuffy nose, strep throat, or STI, he's not interested in helping in any meaningful way.His is the typical vacuous, detached and unhelpful, superficially 'professional' behavior that EVERYONE at Samaritan Health System exhibits.Pros:SLIGHTLY more willing to listen and work with you than other doctors.Cons:Fake, vacuous.Gate-keeper mentality (I control the tests and meds and you only get what I say you get).More concerned with avoiding any hint of 'm@lpractice' so he doesn't actually do anything to help you.

I attended my son's appt. today and had such a positive experience!Hear me when I say: I have run into my share of uneducated Doctors who could care less about the health of their patients.When I walked into Wilsonville ZoomCare and met with Dr. Reda Bassaly, it was a breath of fresh air!!! He was kind, caring, compassionate, very personable, and highly knowledgeable! He took time to evaluate my son thoroughly and was very clear when describing my options! This man is a Godsend! Thank you Dr. Bassaly, For all that you did for my son today, for giving me, as a mother, piece of mind, and for a few good laughs too! If every doctor was like you, this world would be a healthier happier place to live!

Always feeling you to feel welcome, makes you feel like a friend. Has excellent communication skills. He is excellent doctor. Helped with my depression, with my chess problem and other… Even I leave kinda to far now, I am still driving to Clackamas, only because of him

REDA BASSALY IS MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. I SO APPRECIATE HIS PATIENCE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.THE LEVEL OF CARE AND RESPCT I RECEIVED FROM HIM WAS EXCELLENT. HE LISTENS AND HAS GREAT FOLLOW THRU. HE ANSWERS ALL MY QUESTIONS. I AM SO GLAD I FOUND HIM.

Very caring and friendly manner. Cared enough to check on me the next day and follow up with any questions. I would definitely like a PCP who was like this.
