Dr. Rebecca West, PHD

Dr. West is fantastic, she is the first therapist/psychologist that actually identified what was going on and directly addressed it with our teen daughter. She builds positive, appropriate repore with her clients and worked well with our family. We are VERY grateful for the time our family had with her. I would highly recommend for kids and families.

They need a new and better secretary

My Grandson absolutely loves Dr. West, the service rendered has been excellent. I am very pleased with the service we have received and Dr. West professionalism.

I went in for a consultation for a possible ADHD test the next time. I left with an appointment scheduled for the next month. When my appointment came I arrived and waited at her office for 15 minutes with no response. I started calling her to see what happened and someone finally picked up the phone after 3 calls. She told me there was an emergency and that she'd reschedule me ASAP. Not only did I spend my time and gas to go there but I had to contact her to be informed of this emergency. It takes two seconds to inform your client that you would be unavailable. I also have not been able to contact them since. Very unprofessional. Horrible communication. I would not recommend her.

Just like everyone else.. waiting SIX months now on my twins test results. I have called their office 8x. They only called me 2x and put the blame on the insurance company changing their "codes" in the first of the year and insurance company not paying for all "codes". That was their excuse the two times they called me back. DO NOT GO HERE

Poor communication. Slow to respond and full of excuses.

Dr. West is a phenomenal doctor. She is very professional! My son and I had a wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone to her.

it has been over 4.5 months and no final test results so far. I have left over 7 messages and to this date, still no test results so that my child can get the help he needs for school. Very bad experience

Does not return calls. Late for appointments. Have an answering maybe that specifically states a live person dies not answer the line. I have left several messages and no return call. No I would not recommend her to anyone

The only reason there is one star is because a LOWER RATING ISN’T AN OPTION. I have been waiting for this UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, DISHONEST IMPOSTER OF A DOCTOR to forward her recommendations for treatment/counseling for months. Literally, months! My child was seen May 13, 2017 and we left the office with an understanding that a full report with recommendations would be mailed to us in two weeks. Cut to November 17 2017 and I have only ever talked to answering service personnel.

Never Replies. All she and her office cares about is getting your money. Always late. Frequently misses appointments.

can not get in touch with the main office at all to schedule an appointment. Have left tons of messages, but no one will return any calls.

If you want to waste your time and never get your child's report this is the doctor to see. My son got evaluated in JUNE, it is now December and I have yet to get his report in spite of numerous messages left as to the urgency of it. You have to leave messages and hope someone calls you back because there is no live person EVER to answer the phone. And don't make a trip to the office because Dr. West only comes when she has an appointment. She was over 30 mins late for our first meeting!

Stay away the mailbox is full one visit was $1,200 it's been over 2 months we still have not received anything from the visit but a bill on initial consultation we were given all this stuff about what she was going to do MRI and referral to memphis neurology she only knows to give your child a diagnosis of ADHD which is incorrect for my child

She is a wonderful Dr., very caring and thourough, wonderful personality, but it is impossible to get in contact with anyone at the office. I have left 6 messages in the last two weeks, and now her voicemail is full again. the receptionist billing person is just rude
