They didn't call about the results. I received them in my chart the explanation was that they didn't see them before I got them and it's a glitch with epic. Still I did not feel anyone had even reviewed the results before getting on the vivst with me No plan of action.

I just don't feel as if they get to the root of the problem. They look at each individual symptom, but not everything as a whole person. Is one symptom causing the other symptom.

I was being a little irrational about considering a medication dosage change and Rebecca was very understanding to why I was feeling that way and explained why she would like me to reconsider my decision. I realized I was being stubborn and defeatist and we went ahead with the dosage change. I really appreciate her kindness in addressing it and also being persistent in encouraging me to consider the benefits of trying the new dose, and reminding me that I can always go back to the old dose if I need to.
