Rebecca Ochoa, LMFT

Rebecca is an incredibly compassionate and effective therapist who draws on many different modalities to provide grounded and practical guidance that pushes you to grow as a person. We worked with her as a couple while navigating stress, anxiety and overload as working parents of a toddler during the pandemic. She is a great listener and helped us to get to the root of tensions, increase our self-awareness, improve our communication and grow closer together and stronger as a couple as we prepared to welcome a new baby. We are an intercultural couple and particularly appreciated her experience in this area. Therapists as good as Rebecca are few and far between and we are incredibly grateful that she came into our lives.
