Compassionate
I have been seeing Mrs Hawthorne for a few years now and what really stood out to me was when my husband passed away, She was the most compassionate, understanding, and helpful doctor I could have asked for. She was phenomenal, and she really made me feel that she truly cared. She did not make me feel rushed, and She understood my situation. She did everything she could to help me and most doctors are not like that They want to get you in and get you out the door. Rebecca has so much compassion that she takes the time with her patients, And that is a very unique quality these days. She is also been treating me for a recent health condition and she had prescribed medication for me based on my overall health but the insurance company refused to pay for that medication which I think is wrong because they don't know me My doctor does and when she writes prescription for me it should be filled as so The insurance should not be able to dictate what my doctor feels is the best medication.
