Don't trust him
Was being treated for pericarditis, following up with Reagan Williams. Severe heartburn from prescribed ibuprofen, blood test for inflammation was 3x normal. Kept telling him in weekly visits that I felt worse. Couldn't take a deep breath without coughing. He would only do EKG and tell me to keep taking ibuprofen that was burning my esophagus. I said no, he had my PCP call me. I told PCP what was happening and made an appt to see him. From PCP office I went to the ER. Turns out I had blood clots throughout my lungs. In hospital for two days, on heparin for 3 months. Don't trust his judgement.
