Dr Ray and the staff are great except Lidia!
All the staff is great except for the receptionist Lydia extremely rude and no compassion. My Humana Uber ride can’t seem to work in a timely manner which she takes out on me, I have no control over this,I have complained numerous times to modivcare transport .they were going to cancel all my appointments. My appointment is always the last of the day.They will make 4 to 5 thousand dollars off my sessions but still want to charge 25. Fee for the incompetence of my Humana ride, I have filed a grievance as my health does not permit me to go 30 to 90 days paperwork review with a formal complaint and no therapy. Humana has spoken to her with no result. She claims she doesn’t have this problem with anyone else using the transportation,when on the phone with her she will hang up on you and say she is busy when she made the call.
